https://cpdonline.in (“the Site”) is operated by the Nageen International , Meerut. The services provided by us include: a forum for discussion , learmning and research into matters relating to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), member certification in recognition of learning.
Your use of the Site and on making a booking for the Services, you will be bound by and subject to these terms and conditions.
2.1 If you wish to become a member, you are required to pay the relevant non-refundable subscription fee and register with us by completing and submitting the form and payment. Membership runs for one calendar year from the date of joining.
2.2 Please note that this does not mean that your Membership Request has been accepted and we reserve the right to refuse any Membership Request.
2.3 Once you have registered with us, you can log into your account using your username and password selected by you during registration.
3.1 All bookings are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a Booking Confirmation (“the Confirmation”).
3.2 Any booking are subject to availability. We reserve the right to vary or cancel a lecture or event where the occasion necessitates. We accept no liability if, whatever reason the lecture or event does not take place.
4.1 Please note that in some cases, we accept bookings as agents on behalf of third parties. The resulting legal contract is between you and that third party, and is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party, which they will advise you of directly. You should carefully review their terms and conditions applying to the transaction.
5.1 The price of the Services will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
5.2 These prices include GST, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our invoice. If you are a company, the GST invoice will be sent separately to your accounts department.
5.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation.
5.4 Our Site contains a number of the Services and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Services listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. Where the correct price for the Service is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount to you. If the correct price of the Service is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Confirmation, or reject your booking and notify you of such rejection.
5.5 We are under no obligation to provide the Service to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
5.6 Online Payment for all the Services must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Delta, or MasterCard. Alternatively, please download and complete the membership form and return it to us with a cheque made payable to “Nageen International”.
6.1 No refunds are given in reference to the annual membership fee.
6.2 For consumers, your statutory rights are not affected by the clause.
